All Standard Overnight shipments will be delivered to the customer between the hours of 3:00pm - 5:00pm the day after your order has been shipped. It will take up to 48 hours to process your order before shipping.
Please allow up to 15 days for all international deliveries. Shipping costs do not include customs brokerage
fees and related tariffs. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
International PayPal Policy
Due to various issues with international credit card authorizations, we now require the use of PayPal for all international transactions. PayPal is a free and secure intermediary payment service that allows you to pay easily and quickly via credit card and electronic check, among other options. The PayPal application process is quick, easy, and secure, allowing you to shop using your PayPal account at sites based around the world with automatic currency conversions and privacy safeguards.

- While most orders begin the shipping process immediately, please expect a 24 to 48 hour period for order processing. Shipping occurs once payment is approved, the address is verified, and the item is prepared. If an item is not in stock, you'll be notified by email.
- If anything is on back-order, and we have other ordered items in stock, we can send out what we have immediately. Simply select the appropriate checkbox during your checkout. We'll contact you when the back-ordered items arrive and ship them to you at no extra charge.
- The free shipping offer is applicable to orders over $99.00 after coupons and discounts and before any sales tax has been applied.
- Delivery time frames include business days only (Monday through Friday) and do not include U.S. national holidays, and/or any national holidays in the country the package is being delivered to.
- All FedEx deliveries must be made to a valid, verifiable and physical street address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

FedEx orders must be placed before 12 noon Eastern to ensure same day shipment.
In addition, all items must be in stock and the payment must go through without complication. Otherwise, your FedEx package may not ship out or arrive within the requested time frame. - Your delivery may require a signature upon receipt. If you cannot be available to sign for your package, please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be present at the designated shipping address.
- If your order is being delivered to an office building, apartment complex, or similar facility, or to a public institution such as a hospital, hotel, school, etc., the carrier may accept the signatures of mailroom employees, receptionists, and similar administrative personnel upon delivery. Upon signature or acceptance by such personnel, we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items delivered in accordance with the delivery practices noted above.
- All international orders must be paid via PayPal. This is to alleviate many of the issues and delays that we've experienced while trying to verify international credit cards.
- International orders must have the same billing and shipping address information.
- The listed shipping fees do not include charges imposed by your country's Customs Agency. International deliveries may be subject to customs fees or tariffs that we cannot predict in advance. The package recipient is fully responsible for any additional fees imposed by customs, including any tariffs and duties. If you have any questions regarding tariffs and duties please call the Customs Agency for your respective country.
- Credit card not authorized: When the billing address and zip code do not match what the bank has on file, we first call the customer to verify the correct address. On occasion we'll contact your bank to provide us with address verification. A declined credit card can be another delay. Please feel free to contact us to resolve any order issues.
- Billing address different from shipping address: The billing address must be the address the bank has on file. Sometimes a copy of picture ID is required. We take online fraud and identity theft very seriously. Please understand that order delays are most often caused by activities on our part to help safeguard you from possible fraud.
- Incorrect shipping address and/or zip code: FedEx and USPS will return packages if they are unable to locate an address, which causes us to have to re-send. Please know that we do everything we can to minimize this issue by calling customers to verify if an address or zip code seems problematic. However it is the responsibility of the customer to verify the accuracy of all billing and shipping information and to take the time to look over your order.
- Incorrect shipping method chosen: Please take a moment to read the restrictions on the shipping method you have chosen. FedEx does not deliver to PO boxes. If the incorrect shipping method is chosen it will result in a delay.
- No one is home to accept package: FedEx and USPS will often require a signature upon delivery. Delivery will be attempted a maximum of three times before being sent back to the shipper. All orders can be tracked on the USPS.COM WEBSITE or FEDEX.COM WEBSITE.
- Holiday Delays: USPS and FedEx do not guarantee any shipment time frames during holiday seasons.
- Lucky Tip: Make your gift purchases and arrangements early and avoid the holiday rush!
- Back-Order or Reserve Now Items: We will contact you if you have ordered a back-order or “reserve now” item, and provide an expected arrival time. Most of these items are listed as such on our site, so take the time to check and make sure that the item shows as available if you need it in a hurry!
- Orders placed during non-business hours: Orders placed after 3 PM EST, over the weekend, and/or on holidays will not be processed until the next business day.
Packages may be tracked online with either the USPS or FedEx, depending on which shipping method you've selected.
You will receive an email confirming that the order has shipped once it is picked up by USPS or FedEx.
The email will include a tracking number that you can input at their website for tracking information.
Please note that some shipping options provide only limited tracking information.
Missing or Lost Packages
Once a package has been shipped out per your order specifications, it is literally out of our hands and becomes
the responsibility of the postal service that you selected. Please note that this may include FedEx, USPS, or the postal service for the country that the package is being delivered to. If your package does not arrive as planned, please contact the selected shipper service for assistance. We are happy to help you locate the package if possible.
