STEP 2 - Return your
new and unused item, including all materials such as original paperwork,
packaging, tags, accessories and free gifts, via a prepaid, insured and traceable delivery method within 30 days
of
purchase.
Please note: Your item must be returned to Lucky Charms within 10 days of
the
date that your RA# is assigned. Our Standard Return policies may not apply to all items. For a list of

We want you to love everything you purchase from us. If an item is damaged in transit, or if we shipped the wrong product, size or color; please notify our Customer Service department immediately to arrange for a return. The item must be postmarked within 5 days of receipt for your return order to be accepted.
If you placed an order with us that you wish to return for any other reason, we'll make an exchange or issue a product refund (less shipping, handling and insurance charges) within 30 Days of Purchase; provided the product is in new, unused and resalable condition, with original tags and packaging intact unused. The product packaging should not be marked or defaced in any manner. A copy of the original sales receipt must accompany all returns.
If you are a Celebration of Style Party Hostess or Customer and would like to return or replace an item, please contact your Stylist. If you paid with cash or check we will issue the refund back to your Stylist who will arrange for an immediate refund to you. If you cannot contact your stylist, we are happy to help you locate them. Lucky Charms strives to offer you luxe merchandise selections. In order to do so, we may not always carry large quantities or every size. If you desire a different item, size or color; please return your original merchandise and place your exchange order as soon as possible.
Keep in mind these time-honored principles:- If you wash it, wear it or use it, please keep it
- If you love it, please keep it, wear it and tell all of your friends!
IMPORTANT TIPS
To ensure a smooth return process, please inspect your item(s) as soon as it arrives. Before removing any tags/factory tape and before wearing it, ask yourself the following questions:
- Is the item working perfectly?
- Is it in good condition?
If your answer to either question is "no" then the item must be repackaged immediately in order to be eligible for a return. Items not in their original packaging are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If an item has been worn or sized or the tags/factory tape has been removed, Lucky Charms will not accept the returned item. Removal of the original tags indicates that you have inspected and are pleased with the item.
Lucky Charms cannot replace or refund an item when:
- The item has been worn or used
- The tags/factory tape has been removed
- The product has been sized, customized or damaged
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All returns must have a pre-assigned Return Authorization Number (RA#) from Lucky Charms. This number must be clearly displayed on the outside of the box. An item returned without a pre-assigned RA# clearly written on the outside of the box will be refused.
- Your item must be returned within 10 days from the date that the RA# is assigned. Any items received after this date will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
- After thirty days, we cannot accept returns of any product. No Exceptions.
- In order to process your return, you must include a copy of your original sales receipt and the Lucky
Charms
return form. Click here to download return/exchange form.
- Returns must be shipped via a prepaid, insured and traceable delivery method, for example: FedEx, UPS, DHL or USPS. Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- Lucky Charms is not responsible for damaged items or items lost in transit.
- Returned merchandise must include all original packaging, accessories, manuals and warranty cards (if
available) as well as any promotional items that were associated with it. For example, if Lucky Charms
offered a free gift along with a given purchase, that free gift must be returned with the returned item.
Please note: If the free gift is not returned, the selling price (as advertised on the website) for the gift will be deducted from your refund. - If your order qualified for FREE Shipping and it is returned, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund as per the Lucky Charms shipping fee schedule.
- Please allow up to three weeks upon receipt of your return for processing by the Lucky Charms Returns Department. This allows Lucky Charms to verify the condition of the merchandise.
- Please allow two monthly billing cycles for your credit to appear in your account.
- Credit will be issued in the same form as payment received. Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.
- Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually.
- Special Orders, Close-outs, Hostess and Customer Specials, Customized items, Gift Certificates and items shipped to an address outside of the United States are considered a final sale and cannot be returned.
