By registering with Lucky Charms you are initiating a personal account that will allow you to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders and much more. You may access your account by using your email address and a password that you have created. Only you will have access to this information. If you are signed up on our email list, this does not mean you are registered.

How do I register?

Simply click on "my account" and you will be provided with a direct link that will walk you through the process. If you have never purchased from us before and you already have items in your cart and are ready to complete your order, simply click on “checkout” and there will be a link that automatically directs you to our register page.

What if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, there is a link on the "my account" page. By providing your email address, via a secure, encrypted connection, Lucky Charms will email you a new password that you may later change by visiting "my account" once you log-in successfully.

How do I change my password?

Once you log-in to your account, you may change your password by clicking on "my account". Then click on "Account Information". Next click on the link that says: "Change password". Enter your new password and click on "Submit". "My account" is a useful destination for configuring your Lucky Charms account to your liking.

How do I make changes to my account profile?

Log into your account, and click on “Account Information” located at the top of your account page. Make the necessary changes to your account, (i.e. email address, password, billing address, etc.) Scroll to the bottom of the page, and click on “Submit” The changes you have made will now be saved to your profile.

You may browse through the Lucky Charms Collections at your convenience online and place your order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on Lucky Charms secure online boutique website. Quick and convenient, our secure website not only enables you to point, click and purchase, but it also allows you to track an order, access your order history and compile a Wish List. We ask that you review your order carefully prior to submission, as it cannot be modified once submitted.

Navigate through our convenient category menus. Click on the Lucky Charms Boutique category or department that interests you. For example, if you love bracelets, simply click on the "Shop Boutiques" tab at the top of the home page. You will find a drop-down menu of all the Lucky Charms Boutiques Collections. How do I find the product that I’m looking for?

Our Search Box is a great way to find exactly what you’re looking for. It is located in the upper right-hand corner of every page. Type in specific terms to find your favorite Lucky Charms selection. You can type in the name of the product, your favorite style or color.

• Use Search to shop by keyword or catalog item number. In the Search Box, enter a descriptive keyword or the catalog item number. Then click GO.
• You may also use Search to shop by ticket item number. This is especially useful for locating additional colors and sizes of an item you may have recently purchased on our website or at a Lucky Charms ‘Celebration of Style’ Boutique Party.

Placing an Order

To place an order through the Lucky Charms website, follow these easy steps:

Order your favorite Lucky Charms in just 3 simple steps:
1 choose your favorite Lucky Charms products
2 select your desired options
3 place your order on our secure site

• Select the product you wish to purchase, along with any desired options that may be available, such as size or color along with the quantity you wish to purchase. Then simply Click "ADD TO BAG" on the page displaying the products you want to purchase. (You may continue browsing the online boutiques and adding other items to your order until you are ready to check out.)
• You may "Proceed to Checkout" directly from the product display or anytime during your shopping experience from your personal "Shopping Bag" located at the top of each page.
• Follow the instructions on the Checkout Page and enter the requisite information to successfully complete your order.

Do you have sizing information?

We have added a size charts link when Shop by Size is in effect. Reference the size charts to help determine your size when ordering from Lucky Charms. Because sizing and cut will vary between styles, please use this chart as a general guide to compare the various size scales.

How do I watch video product commercials?

On some product description pages, you may see a link that says, "View Video" Click on the link to watch the video for that product. You need Windows Media Player to listen to these previews. If Windows Media Player is not installed on your computer, click here to download it now.

Gift Cards

For verification purposes, every purchase made with a gift card also requires you to enter a credit card number. It will only be charged if the order total exceeds the amount on your gift card. In this scenario, you will be charged the outstanding order balance. The information on your credit card will not be used for any other purpose.

How do I purchase a gift certificate?

Gift certificates are available for purchase online. We offer gift certificates in the predetermined dollar amounts featured on our site. You may add this item to your cart and proceed to checkout for purchase. Gift certificates are delivered via email with no shipping charges.

How do I redeem my gift certificate?

To make a purchase using your Lucky Charms gift certificate you must first register on our site. (see "how do I register"). At the checkout screen you will be able to enter your gift certificate number in the field “Redeem your gift certificate”. This will deduct the full amount of the gift certificate from your order total. If your gift certificate is more than the total purchase, the total purchase amount will be deducted from your gift certificate, and you will be able to use the remaining amount for future purchases.

Check Out

Once you're done shopping, checking out is easy. You may always view the items you have added to your cart by clicking "My Shopping Bag" button on the menu bar at the top of any page. You may also checkout by clicking on the "checkout" hyperlink located on any item detail page.

Shipping & Billing Info

• Enter your shipping information details on the Shipping page.
• Select your shipping method and enter a phone number we can call to confirm your order if necessary.
• Choose your payment type and enter your credit card information.
• If the billing address on the credit card is different than the address you are shipping to, enter that information.
• If you are paying with PayPal, your order will be processed once we confirm the invoice has been paid.

Complete Your Order

• Be sure to enter your valid mail address for order confirmation email and tracking information.
• If you have a coupon or gift certificate, enter that in the coupon field and click “Apply”.
• If you have any special instructions or comments, enter them in the comments field.
• Finally, review all the information you've entered so far on the Review page.
• When you're satisfied that everything is correct, click "Proceed to Order Review". *
• Your order is now complete and a confirmation number will appear on the page as momentarily.

*You may adjust quantities in your cart by changing the number of items and then clicking "recalculate" after all quantity adjustments have been made.

Thinking of removing items from your cart?

You may instead want to consider saving the items to your wish list for a future purchase. Items that you move to your wish list can later be moved back to your shopping cart or you can send copies of your wish list to others in hopes of making your wishes come true. Please note- items added to your wish list do not ensure later availability. (You must register and login to use the wish list feature). You may always login by clicking "log in" on the menu bar at the top of any page.

Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your shopping cart, click on the "checkout" button in your shopping cart.
