How do I order online?
To place an order through the Lucky Charms website, follow these easy steps: Select the product(s) you wish to purchase, along with any desired product options that may be available, such as size or color along with the quantity you wish to purchase. Then simply “ADD TO BAG”!
Once you’ve completed your shopping, checking out is super easy and fast! You can always view what you’ve purchased by clicking your personal “My Shopping Bag” button at the top of each page. Once you are ready to check out, follow the prompts to place your order. If you have questions, please contact us or your personal Stylist for assistance.
What are my payment options?
Lucky Charms is pleased to offer customers several convenient payment options. At this time, we accept most major US issued credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
US based customers may pay online via their credit card, their PayPal account or through Google Checkout. International customers may only pay via PayPal. Your order may require completion of a credit card authorization form for your security and you must provide a working phone number in order for us to contact you to confirm your order and/or in the event that any problems arise.
Is my credit card information secure?
Shopping online at Lucky Charms is very safe and secure. Lucky Charms uses secure Application Servers to protect your ordering information as it comes to us via the Internet. This means that all information, such as name, address and your credit card number you enter in the checkout section of our online store is encrypted. What are the costs and options for shipping?
Lucky Charms is pleased to offer FREE Shipping for US based customer online boutique orders over $99. Other options include $5.95 flat rate 3-5 day shipping and expedited FedEx shipping, as well as, FPO/APO shipping for military orders and International Shipping to selected locales.

How do I make changes to my order once submitted?
Please be advised that once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any modifications to the order, including cancellations. If you would like to add to an order, please place a new order. If you enter an invalid shipping address, your order will ship to that address. If the order is returned to the warehouse; the reshipment will generate additional shipping charges.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Most items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Personalized Items or Items marked as special order and final sale items cannot be returned. Some items may require a re-stocking fee. Exchanges are generally subject to a $3.95 exchange fee. Please contact us immediately if you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item. Returns and exchanges are processed within 15 business days in the order that they are received. If an item that I purchased goes on sale, will I get a price adjustment?
We do not offer price adjustments.
What about Sales Tax?
Sales tax is calculated based on the location of the “Ship To” address. State law requires that we collect state and local taxes on products shipped to customers residing in areas where we have established a business presence. We are obligated to collect tax at the rate in effect for the jurisdiction to which the products are shipped and we are obligated to collect tax in additional states if we establish a presence in those states. The taxability of products varies by state. Delivery & Processing will be taxed when the product is taxable. If you require further information, we suggest that you directly contact the tax authorities for your state.

Lucky Charms is pleased to provide size charts to assist you in determining your size and you can print our easy ring size finder for free. Our jewelry sizing guides give you the information that you need to buy the best fitting bling. Check out our easy to understand charts, illustrations and downloads to do it yourself or contact your personal Lucky Charms Stylist for personal assistance. Lucky Charms offers fashionable designer Jewelry and Accessories for all ages, including children. Please be safe and sensible. Never leave a young child alone or unattended while wearing any jewelry or accessory product. Remove all jewelry before sleeping or napping, while bathing, riding in a car seat, playing outside, eating, etc. Small parts may present a choking hazard. Keep plastic bags away from children. LEAD HAZARD WARNING - Please be aware that any cut or fire polished beads, such as crystal rhinestones and Swarovski Crystal products are likely to contain lead as part of the glass formula. What do I need to know if I’m an International Customer?
International customers must pay for their orders via PayPal. Billing and shipping address information must be the same for your security. Orders are shipped out of the US via USPS and then turned over to your country's postal system. There may be delays and/or fees due to your country's customs policies that we cannot anticipate.
